<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screwing machine capable of achieving screw fastening by high speed low torque driving and low speed high torque driving by one motor, and reversely rotating a driver bit to release biting with a screw on the completion of the screw fastening. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic screwing machine 1 includes a transmission shaft 4 rotating together with the drive of a rotation driving source 3, an output shaft 13 rotating together with the rotation of the transmission shaft 4, a high speed low torque transmission system directly connected to the transmission shaft 4 and transmitting the rotation to the output shaft 13, a low speed high torque transmission system transmitting rotation from the transmission shaft 4 to the output shaft 13 via a deceleration means 5, a bidirectional clutch 10 allowing differential rotation by both the transmission systems, and a torque limiter 9 cutting off the high speed low torque transmission system when a prescribed load torque acts on the transmission shaft 4 or the output shaft 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
