PURPOSE: An optimum design system of a single-phase induction motor with high efficiency, a method thereof, and the single-phase induction motor with high efficiency manufactured by the same are provided to reduce an error between a design value and a test value by optimally combining a test design method with a design method using a conventional simulation. CONSTITUTION: A simulation design unit(30) sets a design parameter of a single-phase induction motor by using a simulation. A test design unit(34) controls a winding standard and a capacity of a capacitor by applying the test design method. A prototype producing unit(32) produces a prototype based on the determined parameter and the capacity of the capacitor.
