PURPOSE: A multifunction setting apparatus and an USB speaker using the same are provided to reduce costs due to an additional pin by setting a preset without the addition or change of a pin to an existing chip. CONSTITUTION: A speaker chip(120) outputs an electric signal, which is convertible to an audible sound, through a speaker by processing digital data. A speaker unit(134) is connected to a speaker chip. The speaker unit includes one or more speakers. A first multifunctional drive circuit unit is composed of pull-up resistance connected with a driving voltage and a switch connected with a node and a ground. A second multifunctional drive circuit unit is composed of the pull-up resistance connected with the ground and the switch connected with the node and driving voltage. |
