PURPOSE: A wrench bolt and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure product durability because a wrench groove is formed deeper than the bottom surface of a head part to support fastening load of the wrench. CONSTITUTION: A wrench bolt comprises a head part(10) and a shaft part(20). The head part has a top surface(11), a bottom surface, and a wrench groove(13). The wrench groove of a predetermined depth is formed in the center of the head part in a longitudinal direction. The shaft part having threads(21) is formed to be cut under the head part. The wrench groove is formed in deeper depth than the bottom surface of the head part.
