MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CCD COLOR FILTER

摘要

The method improves the manufacturing method of color filters by: (A) forming a flat layer (1) above the photo diode and forming repeatedly dividers (11) on the flat layer; (B) between the dividers forming and coloring the first dye layer (2) by photolithography; (C) forming and coloring the second(3) and the third dye layers (4) in the same manner; (D) coating the whole surface(5) of the first, second, and the third dye layers; (E) forming lenses(6a) on the surface of coating layer. The method improves the tone of color by the formation of dividers and prevention of color mixing.
