PURPOSE: An intelligent charging system of a parking lot and a charging method thereof are provided to strengthen the monitoring and managing of the parking lot. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent charging system of a parking lot includes an inspecting unit(101), an on-board unit(102), and a paying unit(103). The on-board unit is installed on a vehicle and obtains a parking time parameter. The on-board unit produces parking fees by the parking time parameter and a parking rate parameter and deducts the parking feed from the paying unit. The inspecting unit determines whether the operation of the on-board unit is normal or not by exchanging information with the on-board unit. |
