The invention relates to an analytic system for atomic fluorescence with atomization cell in capacitive coupled plasma. According to the invention, the system comprises a capacitive coupled plasma (1) as atomization cell, a radiofrequency generator (2), a pneumatic nebuliser (3), a peristaltic pump (4), a nebulising chamber (5), an argon flow meter (6), an EDL lamp (7) achieving the optical excitation, a power source (8) for the EDL, a lens (9) for collimating the primary radiation which focuses the light of the lamp (7) onto the atomization cell (1), a CCD microspectrometer (10) for detecting the fluorescence catching the fluorescence signal with the help of the collimation lens (9), an electronic system (11) for processing the data by a computer, a sample vessel (12) and a waste vessel (13).
