PURPOSE: A producing method of an aronia berry extract is provided to enable users to easily carry or eat the aronia berry extract regardless of the time and the place by vacuum packing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an aronia berry extract comprises the following steps: crushing aronia berries using a crusher after washing(S10); mixing 72-82wt% of crushed aronia berries with 18-28wt% of sugar to obtain a first mixture(S20); mixing 45-54wt% of first mixture, 45-54wt% of water, and 0.9-1.2wt% of apple vinegar to obtain a second mixture(S30); heating the second mixture at 85-95 deg C for 1-4 hours to obtain the aronia berry extract(S40); vacuum packaging the obtained aronia berry extract before heating at 115-125 deg C for 8-12 minutes(S50); and cooling the sterilized aronia berry extract(S60).
