THIN FILM CHARGED BODY SENSOR

PURPOSE: A thin film electric charge sensor is provided to directly and indirectly sense the operation of a user and to be easily manufactured through a simple laminating process of a thin film layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor unit(110) is included on a substrate. The thin film transistor unit comprises a gate layer, an active layer, and a source/drain layer(115). The active layer is insulated with the gate layer. The source/drain layer is insulated with the gate layer and is connected to the active layer. A thin film antenna unit(120) comprises a first film which is included as conducting materials electrically connected to the gate layer. The thin film antenna unit creates an input current by responding the electric field of an electrified body.
