PURPOSE: A personal computer system and a computer system operation method are provided to process programs which are not executed by deficiency in system resources of a mobile device by systematizing personal computers. CONSTITUTION: One or more software is executed in a plurality of main boards(21). A plurality of storage units(23) stores one or more software which mobile device users use. A relay board system(22) selects one of main boards according to an access request for software execution of the mobile device user. The relay board system cuts connection between the selected main board and the storage unit.
