PURPOSE: A rotary LED inspecting device is provided to shorten a process by using a groove for inserting an LED instead of vacuum in an LED transfer process. CONSTITUTION: A rotary LED inspecting device includes a bowl feeder, a linear feeder, and an inspecting unit(10). A central rotating unit has a plurality of grooves(18) for inserting and fixing an LED. The LED inserted into the groove rotates with a preset angle in a preset direction. An insertion unit horizontally inserts the LED supplied from the linear feeder into the groove. A first inspecting unit(21) inspects the property of the LED arranged on the upper side of the central rotating unit. A first sensor measures the LED which is arranged on the central rotating unit and is inserted into the groove. |
