A method for obtaining an encapsulated synbiotic product provides for preparing a solution of a gelling agent, introducing encapsulating components, embedding the obtained mixture into a solution of CaCland further keeping, separating the formed capsules and washing thereof. Low-methoxylated pectin, to which resistant starch is added, is used as a gelling agent. Lactobacillus acidophilus is added to the obtained mixture. |
