PURPOSE: An automatic response system is provided to improve the convenience of a user by receiving request information by inputting the stored data. CONSTITUTION: An automatic response unit(20) provides voice information to a user by contacting to a portable terminal(10). A database unit(30) collects data requested by a user by communicating with the automatic response unit. The data service unit transmits the data to the portable terminal. One or more service servers(40) provide the requested data to the data service unit. User information is stored in a user database unit(50).
