PURPOSE: Detecting system and method using a magnetic reluctance sensor are provided to minimize the noise of a signal due to sound and vibration since a signal processing unit is used, which consists of a noise reducing circuit distinguishing a signal at the time of scanning a sample and removing noise. CONSTITUTION: A detecting system using a magnetic reluctance sensor comprises a detector(100), an amplifier(140), and a signal processing unit(200). The detector senses a magnetic signal for a sample coupled to a magnetic particle with a magnetic reluctance(MR) sensor, divides the signal into magnetic components and analyzes the components. The amplifier amplifies the magnetic signal generated from the detector. The signal processing unit divides the signals passing through the amplifier into the presence and absence signals of the magnetic particle to remove a noise signal.
