PURPOSE: A flexible organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve morphology and conductivity of a thin film by adding surfactant in the high-conductivity macromolecular solution forming a first electrode. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) is prepared. A first electrode(120) is formed by patterning conductivity polymer ink on substrate. PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) is coated to the rear side of a metal mask. The metal mask is combined to the substrate in which the first electrode is formed. A photoactive layer(130) is formed on the first electrode. An electron-transport layer(140) is formed on the photoactive layer. A second electrode(150) is formed on the electron-transport layer.
