PURPOSE: A system for automatically collecting food waste is provided to rapidly suck and collect food waste temporarily stored in a collecting pipe to a storing tank by making the inside of the storing tank a negative pressure state. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically collecting food waste comprises a storing tank(8), a vacuum tank(16), and an air tank(18). Food waste is sent from a collecting pipe(10) to the storing tank. The vacuum tank makes the inside of the storing tank vacuum. A 2-step strainer(22) comprising first and second return outlets(226a,226b) opened/closed by first and second gate valves(224a,224b) is interposed between an inlet(220) and an outlet(222), and remaining waste mixed with air sucked along a vacuum line(20) from the storing tank is separated into two steps of gas and liquid. |
