PURPOSE: A melting apparatus using reclaimed oil is provided to improve productivity and workability by heating and melting a process target like a waste communication cable for a short time. CONSTITUTION: A disk(14) connected to a driving shaft(13) is rotatably installed in a tank housing(10). A bearing member(40) includes a plurality of support wheels(41). A tank cover(50) closes an upper open part of the tank housing. A net unit(61) has a space for receiving process materials. A basket(60) is rotatably connected to the disk. A basket cover(70) has a net unit and closes one open unit of the basket. A heating device preheats reclaimed oil at a preset temperature.
