PURPOSE: A system and a method for activating settlement information is provided to prevent a financial accident during the delivery the card, by previously registering a wireless terminal information, and activating the memory card through an authentication of the wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: If payment information inputted through a payment terminal is transmitted through a local area wireless communications to a memory card of the wireless terminal, the inherent terminal information is identified. The inherent terminal information is compared with the information of the wireless terminal which is registered as the memory card is to be mounted(808). If the inherent terminal information is matched with the registered terminal information, the payment service about the payment information is provided(890). |
