PURPOSE: A level shift circuit and a display driver circuit are provided to output a signal with high speed by outputting amplitude of a voltage signal bigger than amplitude of input voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first voltage switching circuit(11) receives an input signal having amplitude of range between first current electric potential and second current electric potential. The first voltage switching circuit outputs a voltage signal having amplitude which is bigger than amplitude of the input signal. The first voltage switching circuit comprises a current limiting circuit(34). The current limiting circuit restricts a current provided from a power supply line. A second voltage switching circuit(12) outputs an output signal having amplitude range according to the voltage signal.
