FLUX SUPPLY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A flux supply device is provided to smoothly supply flux charged in a chamber without loss of flux and easily discharge flux slag after welding. CONSTITUTION: A flux supply device comprises a front roller(2), a rear roller(3), pushers(6), a pusher drive motor(8), and a copper shoe(9). The front and rear rollers are installed on the front and rear sides of the upper part of a device body(1) and roll-contact the bottom surface of a working member. The pushers are installed on both sides of the device body and move in opposite directions to press flux to be supplied in horizontal and antigravity directions. The push drive motor rotates a ball screw(7) passing through a pusher arm to connect the pushers. The flux provided by the pushers is placed in the copper shoe.
