TISSUE CULTURE METHOD OF SMILAX CHINA

PURPOSE: A method for culturing tissues of Smilax china is provided to quickly produce a large amount of Smilax china and to use Smilax china as a plant resource. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing tissues of Smilax china comprises: a step of culturing apical tissue of Smilax china in 1/2MS medium containing 3-5% of sucrose to prepare a differentiated culture body; a step of growing the culture body in a medium in 1/2MS medium containing 1500-1800 mg/L of NH_4NO_3 and 1800~2000 mg/L of KNO_3 to prepare a Smilax china plant body; and a step of inducing multiple shoots or rooting from the plant body.
