<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel 6-cyclylmethyl-and 6-alkylmethyl-substituted pyrazolopyrimidines and a process for preparing the 6-cyclylmethyl-and 6-alkylmethyl-substituted pyrazolopyrimidines, and to provide the use of them for producing a medicine for improving perception, concentration, learning and/or memory. <P>SOLUTION: The compound of formula (I) is provided. The compound of the formula (I) exhibits a valuable rage of pharmacological and pharmacokinetic effects which cannot be anticipated, and is especially excellent in PDE9A inhibition properties.
