<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent preparation device capable of efficiently performing reagent preparation processing in comparison with the conventional case. <P>SOLUTION: The reagent preparation device 4 includes a controller 48 and is connected to an RO water manufacturing apparatus 7 which manufactures RO water.
