<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a syringe also usable as a dual-chamber container which has high sterilization property and whose productivity is high, and is filled with accurate amount of freeze-dried preparation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a syringe also usable as a dual-chamber container includes: a dissolving liquid sealing process S10 to seal dissolving liquid in a cartridge by an end stopper and a middle stopper; an injection medicine sealing process S20 to seal injection medicine solution before freeze-drying in the cartridge together with internal air remaining in a tip end side chamber by the middle stopper and a front stopper; and a freeze-drying process S30 to make the injection medicine solution a freeze-dried preparation. In the freeze-drying process S30, cooling processing S31 to cool down the external atmosphere together with a shelf wherein the cartridge is installed, pressure lowering processing S32 to make the pressure of the external atmosphere lower than the pressure of inside air after the cooling processing S31 to bring the front stopper into a half-plugging state with respect to the cartridge and carry out freeze-drying, and sealing processing S33 to push the front stopper in the half-plugging state after freeze-drying into the cartridge are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
