摘要 <p>[Problem] To provide an electrically conductive material that has high permeability and low resistance, improves durability and flexibility, and can be patterned easily and a touch panel with high legibility and solar cell with high conversion efficiency that make use of that electrically conductive material. [Solution] An electrically conductive material having an electrically conductive layer containing electrically conductive fiber such that the light absorption spectrum of the electrically conductive layer has one absorption peak at 325 nm - 390 nm. A half width in the absorption peak at 325 nm - 390 nm of 100 nm or less and 1.5 of greater for the ratio (A/B) of the top absorbance (A) at the 325 nm - 390 nm peak and absorbance (B) at 800 nm and the like are preferable.</p>
