摘要 <p>Disclosed is a vane compressor that has a plurality of vanes. In order to reduce bearing sliding losses from a rotary shaft, and to reduce gas leakage losses by reducing the width of a gap formed between a rotor section and the inside surface of a cylinder, compression is performed such that the normals of arcs formed by the tips of the vanes are always in near perfect alignment with normals from the inside surface of the cylinder. To make that possible, the mechanism by which the vanes rotate around the center of the cylinder is structured with the rotor section and the rotary shaft integrated together as a single unit, with no end plates that would decrease the precision of the center of rotation or the outer diameter of the rotor section used in the rotor section. The disclosed vane compressor is characterized in that the angle of the arc from a vane retention part of a vane aligner to the circumferential edge of the vane aligner in the rotation direction is greater than the angle of the arc from said vane retention part to the circumferential edge of the vane aligner in the direction opposite the rotation direction.</p>
