<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand dryer of which the waterproof property is improved to prevent an entry of water, such as a droplet or the like fallen from a wet hand of a user, into an electrical part that can be operated from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The hand dryer includes: a hand drying chamber of which a part of a box body is opened; a nozzle disposed at the hand drying chamber for jetting air generated by a high pressure air flow generator; a controller for controlling the high pressure air flow generator by an output of a sensor disposed at the hand drying chamber; an operation chamber in which the electrical parts are disposed that is arranged in a concaved shape at a part of a side or a front of the box body for operating the controller; and a water sealing part disposed in the operation chamber for preventing the entry of water into the electrical parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
