<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus capable of electrically connecting the inspection apparatus and an inspection target surely while suppressing occurrence of rotational deviation of the inspection target from the inspection apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus 100 having a fixed member 130 holding an inspection member C; and a movable member 150 which is provided while being freely movable with respect to the fixed member 130 and is moved toward a side of the inspection member C after an inspection target F is inserted. The movable member 150 has a first positioning part 152 for positioning a main body F1 of the inspection target F in a width direction Y, and the fixed member 130 has a second positioning part 133 for positioning the main body F1 of the inspection target F in the width direction Y when bringing the inspection member C and the inspection target F into contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
