<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a collecting capacity of a filter, to prevent a discharge pressure loss, and to collect foreign matter contained in a liquid having high viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: The filter 32 can be obtained which can keep its strength higher than a conventional filter, when compared with the same thickness of the filter 32 made of a metal material, since the filter 32 consists of a metal glass. Thus, the filter 32 can be obtained which is improved in the collecting capacity and in which the discharge pressure loss due to liquid droplet ejection is prevented.
