<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-cycle concentration difference power generation device that obtains a high osmotic pressure between two solutions having the concentration difference each other to improve power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The concentration difference power generation device converts the osmotic pressure of a solvent which infiltrates a semi-permeable membrane 11 in an osmotic device 10 to flow therein into mechanical energy to generate with use of the two solutions differing the concentration.
