<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve used suitably for securing good operation by suppressing a region in which the degree of superheat is caused in an evaporator in an air conditioner for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A superheat degree control valve in a some mode includes: a body 50 provided with an inlet port 56 introducing refrigerant from an upstream side, an outlet port 58 deriving refrigerant to a downstream side, and a main valve hole 66 linking the inlet port 56 with the outlet port 58; a valve driving body 70 including a main valve body 71 adjusting valve opening by being connected to and separated from the main valve hole 66; and a power element 80 sensing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the inlet port 56 and performing the drive of the opening and closing of the main valve body 71 so that the degree of superheat of the refrigerant becomes the set degree of superheat.
