PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet having excellent antireflection function and scratch resistance.

SOLUTION: An optical sheet 30 has a light incident surface 30b and a light emitting surface 30a. The optical sheet has at least at a part thereof a body part 40 including a light incident side face 40b constituting the light incident surface, and three or more projections 50 that are scattered on the light incident side face of the body part and project from the light incident side face. The light incident side face of the body part that constitutes the light incident surface is a corrugated surface configured to include convex parts 45 arranged at an arrangement pitch of 488 nm or less.
