<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the detection time of different-wave mixing without degrading detection precision of different-wave mixing. <P>SOLUTION: A sampling part 100a performs sampling of different-wave mixed waves at a single sampling frequency preset so that a plurality of frequency components contained in the different-wave mixed wave are sampled.
