<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire stabilizing device capable of properly alleviating an increase in tensile force caused by snow accretion and the like without attaching the same to a power line itself. <P>SOLUTION: A wire stabilizing device 10 alleviates a change in tensile force of a power line comprising: a first plate 21 whose connection hole 21a connects an anchor clamp that suppresses the power line to be pulled by a tensile force and anchors the power line; a second plate 22 whose connection hole 22a connects a tension device which is successively connected by the anchor clamp and retains the power line in an overhead wiring state; a rotary shaft 23 for rotatably connecting the first and second plates; and an adjustment mechanism that adjustably widens or narrows a distance between the connection holes by an energizing force of a spring 24 according to the tensile force of the power line, and that applies impact to the power line by butting a columnar member 32 against a curved part 42 by the energizing force of a spring 34 when the tensile force of the power line increases beyond a prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
