<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methods for navigation and review regarding items of clinical data within a large data set via a handheld device. <P>SOLUTION: A clinical data set divided into a plurality of portions is provided. Each portion includes a plurality of sub-portions (405) associated with a graphical representation. User navigation is facilitated at various levels of granularity among the plurality of portions (415, 420, 425, 430). User access is allowed to one or more sub-portions within a portion to locate an item of clinical data within a sub-portion (430, 435). User selection of an item of clinical data within a sub-portion is enabled (435, 440, 445, 455).
