<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip enabling sufficient coupling of a foam synthetic resin of a foam molding body to an outer peripheral face of a clip body, a foam molding member including the clip, a method of manufacturing the foam molding member, and a mounting structure for the foam molding member. <P>SOLUTION: The clip 10 includes: the cylindrical clip body 11 having an insertion hole 12 to which a clip locking projection 21 provided in a mounted member 20 is inserted; and an engagement part 15 which is provided on the inner peripheral face of the insertion hole 12 and with which the clip locking projection 21 is engaged. The clip 10 is integrated with the foam molding body 2 by embedding at least one end side in the cylinder axial center direction of the clip body 11 in the foam molding body 2.
