<p>A method for obtaining mobile phone TV service keys is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: a mobile Network Application Function (NAF) entity initiates a service key request to a broadcast and television management system for a user equipment, if a service key failure response of the broadcast and television management system is received and the failure reason is that the order relation of the user is nonexistent, the mobile NAF entity initiates an order relation synchronization process to the broadcast and television management system; and after the order relation synchronization is successful, the mobile NAF entity initiates the service key request to the broadcast and television management system again. A system for obtaining mobile phone TV service keys is also disclosed in the present invention, wherein the system includes a key request processing module and an order relation synchronization module which are located in a mobile NAF entity. The present invention ensures the consistency of the order relation between a mobile system and a broadcast and television system, thus effectively enhancing the success rate that mobile phone users obtain the service keys by.</p> |
