<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist in creating a detailed work plan in an area related to assembling a large scale structure such as a plant by enabling parallel works involving a plurality of parts in a work place to be executed without a spatial conflict among works. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a part group generation step to generate a part group by dividing a plurality of parts comprising a structure into a unit of work assignment; a work team assignment step to allocate each generated part group to equal to or more than one work group assigned in a general process plan; a detailed work plan creation step to create a detailed work plan by deciding an implementation order of detailed works for each part by respective work teams, with a prescribed work sequence restriction and a prioritized work rule; and a conflict avoidance step to modify the implementation order of the detailed work plan, if the decided detailed works involve spatial overlapping, to avoid such overlapping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
