<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material for being wound around a void tube when an opening is formed in concrete, which maintains proper flexibility and workability while preventing intrusion of foreign matter into an internal space. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet material 1 includes a sheet body 10 and a filler 14. A one-surface side of the sheet body 10 is planarly formed, and a plurality of slender protrusions 11, the insides of which are formed as hollow portions 12, are formed on the other surface side thereof in the state of being arranged in parallel.
