摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double seal structure having a sleeve improved such that the early stage corrosion of a gap between a rotational shaft and a sleeve can be eliminated and outside leakage can be avoided even in the toxic fluid to be sealed. <P>SOLUTION: The double seal structure has O-rings 4, 5 installed in both the ends of the sleeve 3 respectively so as to act to the rotation shaft 1, the rotation sealing wheel 9 outwardly fitted to the sleeve 3, the stationary sealing wheel 11 supported by the housing 2, the intramachine side mechanical seal S1 having the elastic mechanism 13 forming the seal m1 by pushing both the sealing wheels 9, 11 themselves, the atmosphere side seal S2 constituting over the sleeve 3 and the housing 2, the supplying channel 7 formed in the housing 2 so as to supply the fluid b for sealing with a pressure higher than that of the fluid e to be sealed to the seal space part 6 surrounded by the intramachine side mechanical seal S1, the atmosphere side seal S2, the housing 2, and the sleeve 3, and a through-hole 8 in the diametrical direction formed in the sleeve 3 while facing the seal space part 6 between pairs of O-rings 4, 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
