<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which has improved convenience and furthermore has improved easiness of visual recognition of a three-dimensional position of nerve fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 constructs a three-dimensional image model using an image imaged by a magnetic resonance imaging method and generates an image for observation in which shape information in the three-dimensional image model is projected on a two-dimensional plane. The image processor 1 includes a diffusion tensor image generating part 12 to generate a diffusion tensor image based on an image, a nerve fiber tracking part 13 to track an extending direction of nerve fiber to acquire a three-dimensional position of the nerve fiber based on anisotropy of diffusion acquired from the diffusion tensor image, and an observation image generating part 14 to generate an observation image in which the nerve fiber tracked by the nerve fiber tracking part 13 and living body tissue in the image are visualized by respectively different three-dimensional display methods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
