PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of a specific monoclonal antibody in a method for measuring a specific urinary trypsin inhibitor (UTI), capable of detecting existence of a disease by determining the characteristic specific (UTI) which is not found in a healthy individual.
SOLUTION: The specific monoclonal antibody can detect the urinary trypsin inhibitor (UTI) characteristic to human diseases. Especially, the UTI contains: AMBK (a protein precursor of a proinhibitor having three kinds of coupled protein); bikunin (protein consisting of one or two proteinase inhibitor domains of Kunitz type); ulinastatin (which is generated as a result of cutting off a chondroitin sulphuric acid chain from bikunin); ulinastatin 1 and 2 (protein fragments of ulinastatin containing either of the Kunitz type inhibitor domain 1 or 2), and also contains their fragments and aggregation.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
