PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin foamed sheet which can uniformize the thickness of the resin foamed sheet.

SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the resin foamed sheet which includes an extruder for melting and kneading a resin composition including a foaming agent, a circular die 100 mounted at the tip part of the extruder, and a cooling mandrel 200 for cooling a cylindrical foaming body FB made by extruding the resin composition from the die slit 111 of the circular die 100 from the inner surface side, and which further includes a cooling mechanism for cooling the foaming body FB from the outside by blowing a wind from the outside to the foaming body FB before cooling by the cooling mandrel 200, the extrusion equipment further includes a regulating member for regulating the flow of the air to the cooling mandrel 200 side from the extruder side, and the resin foamed sheet is manufactured while the guiding of the air of the extruder side by the wind is being suppressed by the regulating member.
