<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet which can further reduce an iron loss of a material formed with a linear groove for segmentalization of a magnetic domain and which allows for obtaining an excellent low iron-loss-property when assembled into an actual transformer. <P>SOLUTION: In the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet, a thickness of the steel sheet is 0.30 mm or less, an interval between linear grooves in a rolling direction ranges 2-10 mm, a depth of the linear groove is 10 μ or more, a thickness of a forsterite film at the bottom of the linear groove is 0.3 μ or more, a total tension applied to the steel sheet by the forsterite film and the tension coating is 10.0 MPa or more in the rolling direction, and a proportion of an eddy-current loss in the iron loss W<SB POS="POST">17/50</SB>when an alternating magnetic field of 1.7 T and 50 Hz in the rolling direction is 65% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
