<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor for detecting the abnormality of an environmental condition which has occurred in a sensor head. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor head 2 of an optical pressure sensor 1 according to the present invention includes: an optical fiber 10 for emission configured to transmit light emitted from a light source 5; a reflector 15 in which relative position thereof to the end face of the optical fiber 10 for emission displaces according to a pressure, and for reflecting the light emitted from the end face of the optical fiber 10 for emission; a first optical fiber 11 for light reception and a second optical fiber 12 for light reception having end faces to which the light reflected by the reflector 15 are made incident and respectively transmitting the incident light to first and second photo-detectors 6 and 7; and a loss changing part 16 for changing the transmission loss of the optical fiber 10 for emission according to the change of humidity in the sensor head 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
