<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion potential measuring method capable of accurately detecting occurrence of abnormality during the operation of a nuclear power plant and measuring the corrosion potential of a structural member. <P>SOLUTION: A corrosion potential measuring device 1 includes a corrosion potential sensor 2 and a signal processor 13. In the corrosion potential sensor 2, an electrode 3 and a sensor casing 5 are attached to an insulator 4, and an electrode 9 for diagnosing is disposed inside the sensor casing 5. An electrode wire 7 connected to the electrode 3 is connected to a signal line 11b. The electrode 9 for diagnosing is connected to a signal line 11c. The corrosion potential sensor 2 is installed to a sensor supporting pipe 21 provided in piping 20 where furnace water flows. The signal processor 13 includes a potentiostat 14, a frequency analyzer 15, and an electrometer 16. The electrometer 16 measures the corrosion potential of the piping. The potentiostat 14 and the frequency analyzer 15 measure an impedance between the electrode 9 for diagnosing and the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
