摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce iron loss of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by giving an appropriate condition in magnetic domain subdivision treatment in which a technique for introducing heat distortion or a groove in a direction almost perpendicular to a rolling direction and a technique for imparting tension to a steel sheet are used together. <P>SOLUTION: When the magnetic domain subdivision treatment by electron beam irradiation is applied to the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a coating film on the surface, prior to the electron beam irradiation, the tension T (MPa) imparted to the steel sheet is measured by the coating film. An irradiation interval Wr (mm) in the rolling direction of the electron beam irradiation which is applied thereafter is controlled to be 0.1-0.6 times of the tension T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
