<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive brushless motor which enables easy dimensional control of an inner diameter of a housing and an external diameter of a stator core, reduces the number of components, and requires fewer assembly process. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 2 is held on an inner diameter side of a housing 1. A rotor 4 is arranged on an inner diameter side of the stator 2 so as to form a gap with the stator. A terminal board 3 is made of a resin mold, and the stator 2 is integrated into the terminal board 3 by the resin mold. An inner diameter of the housing 1 is larger than an outer diameter of an armature core 2c.
