Disclosed is a buffer device comprising a flat-plate-shaped buffer material securing member having a buffer material securing hole wherein a buffer material locking piece and a buffer material holding piece are rotatably formed, and a buffer material. The buffer material is moved in the direction orthogonal to the buffer material holding piece, and clamped by the buffer material holding piece. One side face of the buffer material locking piece is moved closer to the buffer material so that the buffer material is prevented from dropping from the buffer material holding piece.
