<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system that analyzes recorded data regarding various equipment items and supplies information on equipment from the viewpoints of energy saving and maintenance facilitation. <P>SOLUTION: In a monitoring system that measures electric energy consumed by various equipment items and analyzes the same with a computer, the computer is provided with unit electric power calculating means that calculates unit electric power from the measured electric energy, calculates a predictive value of the unit electric power from past consumption records, calculates the increase/decrease rates or year-on-year ratios of the unit electric power from consumption records in the past, compares the calculated unit electric power and the predictive value of the unit electric power with pertinent upper limits to determine the degrees of excess, compares the increase/decrease rates or year-on-year ratios with applicable target values to determine the progress toward target achievement, and displays the results of comparison in a tabulated form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
